Household air conditioner inside and outside the machine fan motor generally referred to as "internal fan", "external fan", there are two types of AC and DC, the detection method is not the same. Today, here to share the motor detection method, as follows:

First, the indoor fan motor (PG motor) detection

1, wiring: input and feedback side wiring is loose, poor contact;

2, the input voltage: with a multimeter AC voltage file test motor input voltage should be more than 50V;

3, the running capacitor: power test fan running capacitor capacity value is normal;

4, winding resistance: power test the resistance between the windings, the normal value should be several hundred ohms;

5, the motor stuck: hand rotation bearing is smooth;

2, the input voltage: test AC input voltage is normal;

3, DC motor fault test method:

(1) direct measurement method:

Use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the connector of the main control board and the motor lead, pay attention to the use of DC gear. (2) operation test method:
